Like I said in my last post, I failed to do a good job with my posts. That being said, in October of 2010, I the Freemasons of Kansas launched their newly redesigned site. They are trying re-brand themselves to appeal to a younger audience and they were quite pleased with the results. I worked on this project for about six months and did much of the photography throughout the site as well as the new logo. It was a lot of fun to work on and I had to learn a great deal in order to meet the client’s needs. Read More | Comments

I love Mashable. If you are even remotely interested in social networking, I highly suggest you hop on over. Anyways, they have a page with 35 extremely creative 404 pages. Usually these pages aren’t even thought about and they get little love. I like the fact that these sites give the user an unexpected delight when entering an incorrect or broken URL.

A friend of mine, Michael Halleran, has written a book entitled, The Better Angels of our Nature; Freemasonry in the American Civil War. I was honored when he asked me to design and build him a website. You can also check out the Twitter page I designed.

Webdesignerdepot has collected a really thorough collection of Apple ads. This post really took me back. I remember my mother coming home with an Apple IIe brand new in the box. I was 12 years old and had no idea what a computer was let alone what you could do with it but within a year a was a master at Apple Basic and was wowing my friends with crude, silly little stick figure animations. Thus began my love affair with Apple.
